Introduction

Heart is the most active muscle in human body and during all the lifetime of a person, pumps blood containing oxygen and nutrition, through the blood vessels of the circulatory system. Heart muscle for doing pumping as the best, needs the blood rich of oxygen and this blood is provided by three Coronary Arteries. Blood Circulation decrease when Coronary Arteries is blocked.

Every time cholesterol and other materials that is called PELAK is accumulated in inner layer of the arteries, narrowing of the arteries happens which is called Atherosclerosis. Due to the progression of this disease, the amount of the circulating blood is decreased significantly and consequently the heart do not receive enough blood and oxygen. This leads to chest pain (Angina) or heart attack. Sometimes blocking of heart arteries and stopping blood circulation can cause permanent damage which called Heart Attach in this level.

  • Overweight
  • Smoking
  • Stress
  • Inactivity

Symptoms of Heart Diseases

  • A sudden chest pain and continuity of the pain regardless of resting and using drugs
  • Shortness of breath
  • Nausea and vomiting
  • Anxiety, worry, Confusion and unbalanced heart beat

Treatment Actions:

  • The main objective of treatment is to minimum muscle damages, keep its performance and prevent from side effects. To achieve them, it's necessary to perform following actions:
  • Attention to rest recommendation in home (at least 12 to 24 hours) in terms of raised head of the bed
  • Oxygen prescription
  • Drug prescription
  • Immediate actions for eliminating obstruction of coronary arteries such as Angioplasty or putting Stent for keep opening of vessels and also surgery.

Instructions for home caring:

Attention to the following items,

  • Avoid doing actions which lead to chest pain, shortness of breath or useless tiredness
  • Avoid contact of intense hot or cold
  • Keep balance your weight and avoid overweight
  • Do not smoking and avoid contact of smokers
  • A little tiredness is normal in recovery, have a break between daily tasks
  • Have a healthy diets recommended containing low-salt and low-fat foods
  • Use your recommended drugs regularly
  • Doing recreational activities for decreasing anxiety and stresses
  • Meet your doctor, obey his (her) instructions
  • Delay sexual activity at least for four weeks and ask any question from your doctor about this issue
